Botanic Park
A visitor’s first stop would be at
the Visitors’ Centre which provides
information about this 65 acre park and
includes a gift shop, cafe, reception area
and administrative offices.
On the grounds of the park is a restored
Caymanian farm house with its original
furnishings, cook room, cistern, out
buildings, fences and dry walls built of
old coral.
A Floral Colour Garden provides a
kaleidoscope of colour beside the two-
acre lake which is the home of native
aquatic birds such as the West Indian
Whistling Duck.
Also featured at the park is the Cayman
Blue Iguana Captive Breeding and
Reintroduction Facility.
