This is a nice place to visit, especially families
- kids will love it. Located about 15 minutes
drive from the island’s capital, St. John’s,
you’ll be able to interact with the animals
housed here. Monkeys, horses, cows, turtles,
pigs and goats will keep children fascinated
and they can are allowed to pet these and
the other animals, which adds to the fun.
Visiting with a guide is a good idea, as they
will point out various indigenous plants and
exotic birds as you walk through the trail. At
the end of your visit, stop off at the restaurant
on site and enjoy a local meal.
