Long Bay As the name suggests Long Bay is a long stretch of beach, one of the longest on the island. Located on the west coast, its waters are calm and ideal for swimmers of all ages. Although a popular beach, it is usually quiet with room for everyone, so grab a spot and enjoy a few hours of respite next to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Marigot Market A visit to St. Martin must include a trip to Marigot Market which is open every day except Sunday. An assortment of things are sold in hundreds of stalls. Local bottled sauces, clothing, souvenirs, fresh fi sh, vegetables, local beverages and souvenirs can all be found in this colourful outdoor market. A statue sits outside of the marketplace as an honour to the black women who sell in the market.
