Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute
The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI) was established in 1997. Located in Hamilton.,
its exciting, interactive displays explore the mysteries of the sea, its spectacular coral, shipwrecks and
diverse sea life. Two of the more popular exhibits are the treasures found by legendary marine explorer,
Teddy Tucker, the Pectoral Cross, and the other is a replica of the largest Great White Shark ever caught.

Located in Hamilton in the Queen
Elizabeth Park Gardens, the
Bermuda Historic Society exhibits a
collection of historic documents and
Bermudian treasures which include
antique furniture and an 1830
Waterford crystal chandelier. The
museum also displays artifacts from
the Boer war and a model of the ship
Sea Venture.
