Nelson’s Dockyard This is part of the Nelson’s Dockyard National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is lovely, complete with gift shops, cafes, museum and beautiful yachts - it is also a marina. Beautifully restored buildings occupy this area which is steeped in history. Once bustling with naval activity, this place is named after Admiral Nelson who was sent to the island from Britain in 1784 to look after their trading interests. Photo Credit: Prayitno
