Stingrays! A visit to the sandbars at Grand
Cayman means a visit with stingrays.
These shallow sandbars are a popular
tourist attraction and on any one day you
will find many people here, all enthralled
by these beautiful creatures. In these
crystal clear waters, the stingrays can be
seen from a distance as you approach,
which is a beautiful sight. Children and
adults will both enjoy interacting with
them as they swim around you in the
shallow water, just 2 or 3 feet deep. Feed,
pet, take photos or just admire them.
You will agree that nature is indeed
fascinating.
