Biking
With or without a tour guide, visitors to Belize can explore the many trails on the island by bike.
Orange-painted rocks act as markers along the way, making it easy to follow. With over 300 km of
bike trails, you have lots to discover. Most visitors may head to the well-known Washington-Slagbaai
National Park but there are also other exciting trails you can check out such as the Lagun-Cai Trail
and the Seru Largu Trail. Make it a day of adventure and stop off at beaches, look-out spots and
picnic areas on your route. Bikes can be rented from the many biking operators on the island who
will be able to provide worth-while tips and also be your tour guide, if needed.
