St. John’s Cathedral
This beautiful historic building was constructed by slaves during
1812 and 1820. It was built with bricks that were used as ballast
aboard British ships. This is the oldest Anglican church in Central
America and the Yarborough Cemetery beside it is the oldest
cemetery in Belize.
