Jerely was approached by a local businesman, Dr. Samuel Joseph
in July 2016, with an idea to create a short film on the subject of
child abuse. Living on the small island, and being aware of its
intricacies, it was clear to Dr. Samuel that people were significantly
underestimating the seriousness of the child abuse problems
which existed. He felt the best way to bring awareness of the issue
to the public was with visual aid.
