Lake Enriquillo
This is the largest lake in the
Caribbean. It is a hypersaline
lake in the southwest of the
country where you’ll find
the largest population of
American crocodiles in the
Caribbean. It is secluded
but with or without a tour
guide, you are able to drive
all around it or you may
also ride a boat accross
this beautiful lake. Watch
out for iguanas, beautiful
butterflies, flamingos, egrets
and kingfishers.
