Tijuana offers the visitor extraordinary air and land connectivity . Its airport is the second most important in our country , with an average of 180 flights per day to the main cities of Mexico . The Tijuana airport has the first binational bridge in the world that connects with an airport terminal in San Diego , United States . In culinary art , Tijuana stands out for its delicious fusion of Baja Med flavors , whose pillars are oriental and Mediterranean cuisine and the variety of local products , such as vegetables , fruits , seafood , meat and poultry , combined with spices and Mexican chilies .
