realized I had acute depression which would have eventually taken my life .
In 2019 , I started writing a book titled " Living with Disability ". I also hosted a radio program on Calvary Good News Radio , Kumba to this effect , educating the public based on my personal experiences as a person with a disability . In mid- 2019 I got into the Miss Wheelchair
Cameroon Contest . I was nominated First Runner Up Miss Wheelchair Cameroon in December 2019 . This provided an opportunity to advocate for the rights of women and girls with disabilities through media outlets .
In March 2020 , I founded the Lilian Dibo Foundation ( LDF ), a women-with-disability-led organization passionate about the issues surrounding women and girls with disabilities and ensuring their full potential is reached through advocacy , education and empowerment programs . Our motto : Breaking the Shackles of Disability .
Currently , I am a Digital Ambassador for World Pulse , a volunteer Disability Inclusion Development ( DID ) Officer at
