TSA Cares form which includes your name , contact information , flight details , and any special accommodations or needs you may have . This includes any disabilities , service animals , religious items , or medically necessary items such as liquids over 3.4 ounces or ice packs for medicines that require refrigeration .
Make sure to keep medications in their original prescription bottles and be prepared for any items to be screened , which may include testing a small amount of medication when feasible .
