Mondadori Food Experience : food & design protagonists at the Fuorisalone
GRUPPO EUROMOBIL TOOK PART IN THE MILAN FESTIVAL DEDICATED TO GASTRONOMY WITH ITS EUROMOBIL KITCHEDN FURNITURE BRAND
The Magna Pars in via Tortona 15 was the theatre for 5 days of showcooking by experts and food & design shows in the heart of the Fuorisalone . The Free Steel kitchen was the stage for some of the greatest chefs who produced their wonderful creations : they included Chef Massimo Moroni ( Don Lisander Restaurant , Milan ), Chef Marco Sacco ( Piccolo Lago di Mergozzo Restaurant , Verbania ), Chef Fabio Barbaglini ( Antica Osteria del Ponte , Cassinetta di Lugagnano ), Chef Viviana Varese ( Ristorante Alice , Milan ), Chef Andrea Aprea ( VUN Restaurant in the Hotel Park Hyatt , Milan ) and Chef Claudio Sadler . At the end of the show the Free Steel kitchen exhibited was sold to the highest bidder during an auction organized by Mondadori .
