Westwood Recreation seeks input on programs for the over 55 population
The Westwood Recreation Department offers several
classes as part of its Forever Young Program, such as car-
dio fitness, yoga, pickleball and water coloring painting.
Due to the high attendance in classes, and varying inter-
ests of the participants, the Recreation Department is
working on expanding these programs.
It has created a short online survey for the over 55
community to help better grow the Forever Young
Program. The Recreation Department is asking for current
participants and those interested in participating to com-
plete the survey.
The survey can be found on the Borough of
Westwood’s website, westwoodnj.gov.
It only takes a few minutes to fill out and the data will
assist the Department in deciding which classes to offer in
the future.
Contact Gary Buchheister, Westwood Recreation
director, at 201-664-7882 with any questions.
