Construction of the
new Bunnings Warehouse Brendale on
track
The below information may be attributed to Peter Davis,
Bunnings Chief Operating Officer.

 The wall panels have been erected and work on the
structural steel is on schedule.

 The development of the new $46 million Bunnings Warehouse Brendale is currently on schedule. De Luca has been
appointed to complete the project.

 More than 140 jobs are expected to be created in the
local community following the opening of the Warehouse
in late 2014, offering strong employment opportunities for
local Brendale residents. Additionally, approximately 260
construction jobs will be created through the construction
process.

 Painting of the warehouse has commenced and development of the flooring and mezzanine level roofing is well
underway.
