he sixteenth series of concerts organised by Pinner Jazz opens with a blast on Saturday, October 12, as the Simon Allen Quintet o?ers an invigorating opening set and a guarantee of ?rstrate post-bop jazz. Christmas comes early this year to jazz fans, with an opportunity to hear Dame Cleo Laine and Friends making music on November 2.
