The first pose that I want to recommend for you is the standing leg raise pose. For this one, you have to lift one leg off the floor in front of you as high as you can without bending your knee. Keep your torso upright the entire time. And do the same thing like that with another leg. This pose helps you strengthen these muscles, help shape your legs and strong legs. In this one, you should feel the inside of your thigh length.

T he second pose that I want to recommend for you is the downward dog pose. For this one, you have to get in plank pose and raise your hip up to make a triangle and inhale. Then exhale for 15 seconds. This pose helps you to make your head clear, give you fast feet, and it builds strong bones. According to Elizabeth Manejias, M.D, a physiatrist at the hospital for Special Surgery in New York City says, “Downward dog is a great way to strengthen the upper extremities and build bone density, as it is considered a weight- bearing exercise.”

The third pose that I want to recommend for you is the crescent pose. For this one, you have to put the right foot in front, the left foot at 45 degrees. Next, you are going to bend your right foot as you bend your right knee at 90 degrees with your ankle. Then you are going to put your palms up and eyes look straight ahead. Try to inhale and exhale for 20 seconds for each. Do the same thing for another foot. This pose helps you strengthen and tone the thigh, hip, and butt. Also, it helps you clear your head and helps build mental focus.
