10 fëmijë qëndrojnë përballë njëri-tjetrit në
një tavolinë të gjatë.
Një nxënës i drejton duke u thënë të bëjnë
ushtrime me duart(në mes, në sup, në kokë,
….)
Në momentin që thotë : Kape gotën
nxënësit duhet të kapin gotën duke treguar
kështu nxënësit më të shpejtë që shpallen
dhe fitues të kësaj loje. Kështu vazhdohet
dhe me grupet e tjera
