But your body doesn’t make this evaluation. And so it won’t turn on its
metabolism jets because you want it to.
You can’t (unfortunately) send a memo to your body and ask it to please
speed up metabolism.
If you could, then that would be amazing! But that’s not reality at all.
What we have to do is force the body to say to itself: hey, I need to speed
up metabolism because this person needs more energy!
