STC collaborates with Q-loud GmbH to accelerate
the Digitalization of Utilities in Saudi Arabia
At Mobile World Conference (MWC) 2019, STC signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Q-loud, a full
stack service provider that realizes smart products and digital
business models in the Internet of Things (IoT). This joint
effort is a part of STC’s ongoing efforts to utilize the latest
innovative ICT solutions to create significant value towards
Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and National Transformation Plan.
The two companies are committed to cooperate around
Digitalization of Utilities, thereby maintaining STC’s
pioneering position in providing innovative services for the
customers around the Kingdom and the region. This MoU
also prepares the ground for business partnership around IoT

solutions, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Atif Ahmad, Enterprise Architecture Vice President,
