Launch of Talent Incubation Program (TIP)
The company launched the Talent
Incubation Program (TIP), which
aims to equally attract competent
male and female graduates and
provide them with the necessary
knowledge and skills to be the
tools of success that contribute
to achieving the company's
strategy. The program provides an
integrated development plan that
has reflected positively on the
overall perception of the company
as a preferred workplace for
many. Over the past period, the
program has succeeded in recruiting
more than 380 employees. In its
first session in 2019, approximately
106 employees joined the program.
