Alaoudah Honors Cultural Change Team of Procurement
and Support Services
Attended by the general managers of the sector, Eng. Emad
A. Alaoudah, VP of Procurement and Support Services,
honored the cultural change team in the sector for their
outstanding efforts during 2018. The audience listened to
Mr. Hani Al-Sayegh, the sector representative, presenting the
change journey in 2018 and the work plan that was completed
with the participation of the ambassadors of the procurement

and support services. He noted their important role in
implementing cultural change initiatives and completing
this journey with a record result and a qualitative leap in
the sector institutional health index. In conclusion, Alaoudah
praised the team efforts noting the positive impact of the job
satisfaction index and the progress achieved in the financial
index during the past periods.
