Remuneration of Top Five Key
Management Personnel in 2017
The Code recommends the disclosure of
the individual remuneration of the Bank’s
top five key management personnel as
well as their aggregate remuneration. The
Board considered this matter carefully
and has decided against such a disclosure
for the time being as it is not standard
PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. Her personal
remuneration in 2017 exceeds S$50,000
but for reasons stated above, her
individual remuneration is not disclosed.
Apart from Ms Parwati Surjaudaja,
none of the Group’s employees was an
immediate family member of a Director
