Kocatepe Mosque is a huge, white mosque built in the late 20th century It
forms part of a religious complex which includes a library and conference
room, as well as the more modern additions of a huge car park and shopping
center.
Dedicated to Anatolian traditions, the Ethnography Museum was founded by
Atatürk. The museum, which is also home to a fine collection of ceramics,
architectural elements from civil and religious buildings, weapons and kilims,
provides a well-ordered and nostalgic insight into the past.
Atakule is a 125 m high communications and observation
tower and is one of the primary landmarks of the city. The tower can be
spotted from almost anywhere in the city during clear days
Bilkent Concert Hall is a performing arts center which is located within theBilkentUniversity campus. The
building hosts over 80 concerts per year.Besides the concert hall itself, the building houses seminar rooms,
academic staff offices, classrooms and studios for the university's Faculty of Music and Performance.
