We are Building Futures… Divisions CCG (Scotland) Ltd has established itself as an indus- try leader and is one of Scot- land’s largest privately owned construction and manufac- turing companies. Based at our headquarters in Cambuslang, the Group has con- solidated its position as a major contributor to the Scottish con- struction industry employing over 600 staff across eight fully inte- grated divisions whilst maintain- ing a year on year commitment to trades apprentices, which reflects 10% of our workforce. CCG is operational across the every sector of the industry of- fering full construction capability complimented by the ‘Off-Site’ manufacture of timber systems, bespoke M&E Services and planned maintenance to exist- ing buildings. Extensive research is employed across each sector, particularly in the applied use of Modern Methods of Construction, ensuring that our clients bene- fit from a culture of continuous improvement both in our product and people. A key focus for CCG is in the delivery of affordable housing, a reflection of housing supply and demand across Scotland. As such, CCG has established itself as a specialist in this area with the ability to deliver small residential developments and large scale, urban regeneration schemes that offer industry- leading quality and environmental performance. We also have the ability to operate across sectors including education, student accommodation, commer- cial and office and healthcare. At CCG we continually challenge traditional construction co nven- tion, drive innovation and em- brace change. Our capabilities are spread across eight fully integrated divisions specialising in construction, development, manufacturing and construction services. Each can be commissioned on an individu- al basis. CCG offer an enviable depth and range of project experience which has been tested across every sector of construction including social and private housing, stu- dent accommodation, health and education, commercial, industrial and retail building. Our versatility extends across project type and scale of work, from single buildings to major consortium ventures such as the Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village. Our ethos is to focus on our cli- ents’ needs and to deliver quality workmanship on time and within budget. We optimise our capability by combining the complementary skills that we can access across all our divisions. For example, using our own Off-Site Manufactured (OSM) closed panel timber sys- tems puts CCG at the forefront in the practical application of Mod- ern Methods of Construction. Our construction methods and practices are directly aligned with and respond to the Scottish Gov- ernment’s Sustainability Agenda. CCG are a member of a number of frameworks that are put for- ward by public sector organisa- tions such as councils and hous- ing associations. The frameworks cover the major- ity of the industry ranging from planned maintenance work- streams to new build housing and are designed to assist these or- ganisations in securing products or services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.
