Ras Alkhaimah, UAE
Dr. Alkhabuli was awarded his BDS degree by the University of Garyounis, Libya( 1985). After graduatation he joined the ministry of health and, while working as a general dental practioner until 1998, he gained most of his clinical experience. He was also appointed director of the Aujillah health center, head of the Oasis medical and dental association, director of the dental section of the SIRTCO medical department. The Leeds Univeristy, UK awarded him his MDS and also his PhD in oral pathology( 2001-2005). He is also a Member of the Faculty of Royal College of Physician and Surgeons( Glasgow), UK and Fellow of the International College of Dentists. His main research interest is the role of immunosurveillance cells in oral tumours and he has published several papers on this topic.
