By Aneesh P We all have the same 24 hours in a day, most of us complain that time is not sufficient, but still some people have adequate time to do all activities that they need to do in their work life and personal life, how is this possible? I am sure that most of us have this doubt in our mind. It would be good to read about“ The Eisenhower Matrix” Former U. S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower once said: " I have two kinds of problems: the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent." This " Eisenhower Principle " is said to have helped him in organizing his workload and priorities. This principle can be applied in our personal lives too.
