Lunges
How to do it : -
- Stand straight holding a barbell on the back of your shoulders with an overhand grip.
Point your elbows down and your back upright. ( This will be your start position )
- Take a big step forward, your knee should be over your front foot but not beyond it.
- Lower both your knees until they form 90 degrees and then push off your back foot to the start position.
