How to do it : -
- Lie on your back on a flat bench, holding a barbel with an overhand grip, keep a fist sized gap between your arms.
- Slowly lower the barbel bar to your chest while keeping your head, shoulders and elbows against the bench.
- Push the barbell backup without locking out your elbows.
