As the weather warms up , many of us head outside to participate in our favorite outdoor activities . Summer is truly that time of year when being active and exercising seems to just come naturally .
However , we know that once cooler weather returns , so does our desire to stay indoors and maybe catch up on some reading or watching TV all from the comfort of our homes .
To get the most out of your summertime activities requires proper planning and common sense . This is especially true given that most summer sports combine skill , fun

and exercise , which make them a triple threat or triple treat , depending on your perspective .
The list of summer sports that offer you the opportunity to stay active while also keeping your body in shape and in order is long . It includes such thing as basketball , beach volleyball , Frisbee golf , flag football , floor hockey , tennis , basketball , surfing , skateboarding , and of course my favorite , soccer .
Whether you like something calming or intense , commit to finding the one for you and get active . Even if you don ’ t want to play a sport , you can still go outside and just go for walk . Last but no least is the fact that along with maintaining the body , exercising of the body through summer sports is a very effective way to relieve stress and take away the total daily mental or physical constraints that way upon us .
So , GET OUT AND GET ACTIVE !
