Dear Colleagues, Once again in my career it’ s time to say good-bye, I am moving on returning back to my hometown Germany. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you at SLCM. It is early days, but a very big thank you for your hard work, dedication, drive for success, but most of all your honest and open friendship. I feel very honored and privileged to have worked together with you at Shangri-La Chiang Mai in the beautiful and cultural city of Chiang Mai and once again together with the beautiful Thai people. I have no regrets it’ s been an experience, demanding but yet rewarding. But I firmly belief that an experience like SLCM can only make me and all of us stronger and better managers. Happy New Year and Chinese New Year 2017 I wish each and every one of you the best of health and happiness and that one day you receive what you are searching for in life.
