The Venue Accommodation will be provided by the Tanzanian Training Centre for International Health (TTCIH). Participants will lodge in fully-equipped double rooms. The rooms include the following commodities: • Free Wi-fi • Mosquito nets • Single beds • Linen • Wardrobe • Air conditioning/Heating • Private bath or shower • Toilet & washbasin • Hairdryer • Towels • Toilet paper and shower gel The cleaning of the rooms will be performed by the accommodation centre and will meet standards for adequate hygiene. Laundry service is also provided by the TTCIH in convenient prices. Meals will be provided by the catering service of the Tanzanian Training Centre for International Health (TTCIH). Three meals per day are included for each participant. Meals will take place in the dining room of the TTCIH and will be buffet type. The menu will include local recipes and will be modified according to the specific needs of the participants (i.e. food allergies). The preparation of the meals will meet standards for adequate hygiene. Affluent water will be provided by members of the organising committee all day long. Two coffee- breaks are included in the daily schedule, during which coffee, tea, water and fruit will be served. The TTCIH provides fully equipped lecture rooms with portable chairs, wireless internet, flip charts, computer, projector etc. Lectures will be held in the TTCIH premises. Other facilities of the venue include a clinical skills laboratory, a library, an e-learning centre and an informatics station with 20 computers. 37
