The seventh day of the seminar will be devoted to the tanzanian
unique landscape and its rich wildlife.
The guided visit to Udzungwa Mountains will be a highlight
activity in the schedule. Hiking along the trails in the evergreen
forest will offer a unique experience of the fauna inhabiting the
woods of Tanzania. The Sanje waterfall with an altitude of 170
meters is located at the end of the route and it will serve as a rest
point for the hikers. Under the waterfall, participants will be able to bathe in the crystal clear waters
of the waterfall’s lake and to relax themselves after the exhausting route.
The night will be unforgettable, since participants will lodge at the Vuma Hills Resort. There, they
will be able to admire the sunset in the savannah scenery and to mingle with other visitors through
carefully scheduled group activities around the camp fire.
The next day includes a visit in Mikumi National Park, where participants will be guided through
impressing savannah trails and observe wild animals in their natural habitats. It is definitely an
unforgettable experience with astonishing images that will deliver a message for the protection of
wildlife and the necessity to combat climate change.
The day will be continued with the long-lasting travel to Dar Es Salam. In the city, participants will
be able to stroll around the African neighbourhoods and get a glimpse of how Tanzanian life looks
like in the city centre. After dusk, they will spend the night in one of the city’s hotels.
