EDITOR’S MESSAGE
Hello our fellow shufflers!
It is already the exam period, how the semester has flown by!
As we reach the gritty end of semester, filled with exams, es-
says and assignments, don’t forget to keep dancing! Doing
physical activity can help you boost your memory and im-
prove your concentration. Dancing can also help you relax
and has been found to reduce stress, and will give you a
break from being hunched over your notes.
With the semester coming to an end, so do our weekly dance
classes. This means you won’t be able to catch our classes for
nearly two months! But do not despair, we have packed this
issue full of tips to help keep your toes tapping over the ex-
am period and semester break.
