3. In case if your printer was just booting up then wait for some
moments until the carriage moves to the printer’s right side and the
printer itself is idle. Executing to clear it earlier may damage the
printer cartridge.
4. Now push down on the old ink cartridge and quietly slip it out of its
carriage in your computer.
 Make sure if you are replacing a tri-color or black color ink
cartridge you should take different approaches.
 The tri-color ink cartridge is situated at the left hand slot and the
black color ink cartridge is situated at the right hand slot.
5. Now take away the new ink cartridge from its original packing drag
out the pink tab from the back. This is a shielding tape that prevents
the sensitive parts of the cartridge. Make sure you hold the ink
cartridge from its side don not touch the bottom part of the
cartridge.
