Masters in Economics
(Hons) from Punjab
University and is currently
based in Mumbai,
Maharashtra.
She is a gold medalist in
Naturopathy. She also holds a
certicate in Journalism and
Sanskrit. And currently
freelancing as a Corporate
Trainer and a Cranio Sacral
Therapist.
She is a soft skills trainer and
has conducted mind
management programs for
young adults pan India for
various prestigious
educational institutions such
as IIT Delhi and IIM-Kolkata
and conducted sessions for
various banks and
productions houses in Delhi.

for Kashmiri youth hailing for
the interiors of Kashmir

prospects in liaison with The
Future Group.
She has been associated with
the Art of Living Foundation
for the last 17 years as a
faculty for all age groups.
She has worked on projects of
signicant social impact
under the Art Of Living
banner such as Clean-Slums

from slums about female
hygiene and pregnancy
nutrition.
Gauri has always had this nag
towards taking care and
nurturing people around her.
So, healing came naturally to
her. She is actively involved in
mentoring leaders and
counseling her volunteers in
all spans of life from career to
personal relations.
Gauri loves reading about
alternative healing
techniques and listening to
music. Cooking and baking
are her passion. She loves
spending time with
youngsters and interacting
with new people.
