I have competed a number of level 3
modules, while attending the Centre twice a
week – Communications, Word Processing,
Personal Effectiveness, Spreadsheets, Career
Preparation, which gave me a great foundation
and the confidence to continue and here I am
now, nearly completing a full Award in Level 4
Office Skills and plan on attending Level 5 in
January 2018.
I really love attending classes and have met
some lovely people along the way. I now have
goals that I want to achieve - educational
goals and personal goals and that is thanks to
the tutors of the Baltinglass Further Education
and Training Centre.

When I first started at the Baltinglass Further
Education and Training Centre, I just wanted
to learn how to use a computer, improve my
spellings and personally needed something to
get me out of the house. I found I really loved
learning how to use a computer and decided I
wanted a job working with computers.
