e live in a world of such disruptions that we at one moment are amazed with
the upcoming technology and then in few months, find ourselves being
affected by it anyhow. Disruptions have become exponential - Mr. Moore
would surely be happy in his grave. The disruption applies to both the
individuals and the groups, traditional and non-traditional processes.
W
The traditional HR processes which relied on effective models and capabilities of HR
managers are now being disrupted too. This is due to the gaps which have existed causing
the process to dissuade from the ideal standards. The decision-making needs to be properly
backed up by relevant research, experience and most importantly DATA. The awakened
organizations today want every decision maker to remove the idea of “Gut Feeling” from their
decisions. All what is required is a proper, standardized, unbiased decision that suits the
situation without any possibility of gut feeling. One such solution is the use of HR Analytics in
various HR processes.
“ The root cause of no standardization in data collection of employees and data
have limited the HR intelligence in organisations ”
