The items listed in this section are for the construction of buildings, or whatever else your imagination can conjure. The blocks and other items listed here come from both gathering and building. Provided you have a powerful enough weapon, you can tear down walls of the shelters and ruins found in each chapter and claim them as your own. .. BLOCKS YOU MUST GATHER The creation of many types of blocks is beyond the ability of even the greatest Builder. What can 't be built must be knocked loose of its environment before you can use it. Some materials are more durable than others and require powerful weapons (or cannons, or wrecking balls) before you can add them to your inventory. MINERAL VEINS Mineral veins are found throughout Alefgard , but only in Free Play Mode can you use them as building material. Once you create the Hammer of the Builder, use it to knock veins (and basalt) loose instead of cracking them open to get the ore from inside. When it comes to building, veins are the same as any other block, except they're a bit flashier.
