The bulgur placed in a deep bowl is wetted with hot water
and left to swell. On the other side is small chopped green
onions, parsley, mint, tomatoes and green peppers. First,
tomato paste, oil, salt, lemon juice are mixed with spices.
Then greenery, pepper and tomato are mixed by putting. It
is served with lettuce, boiled cabbage or grape leaf
depending on the season.
