SHARE WITH US YOUR JOURNEY INTO MOVIES I started my career in 2008 just after nd completing my 2 PUC. During a wedding that I attended in Chennai, the great Director K Balchander sir reminded me that he had approached me for a film previously and since I was not ready then, he asked me whether I was willing to do films now. In my mind, I knew for sure that I was destined to get into films someday, so I thought why not today, and I agreed to do the film. Thus my entry into movies was unplanned and I had not done any preparations to enter the film industry. When I look back on that day, I feel I did the right thing. PEOPLE HAVE A PERCEPTION THAT IT IS EASY TO ENTER THE MOVIE INDUSTRY AND GET WORK. TELL US YOUR EXPERIENCE Picture Credit: CLASSY CAPTURES No Industry or profession is easy or smooth sailing. In any field, be it engineering, law, medicine, etc., you have to set a benchmark for yourself and you have to work hard towards it. The harder you work, the easier it becomes. Till then it is always a struggle. If anything is easily available, then I don't think it is worthy enough. I don't say it is easy or difficult to get into the film industry. I will definitely say if you belong here and if you will survive here, then you will surely make a mark. WHICH ARE THE MOVIES YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON? Currently I am busy with the promotions of 3 of my films, one is Kurukshetra with Darshan sir and another film “MMCH” and the one very close to my heart Iruvudellava bittu. All 3 films are ready for release. BRIDE OF HONOR JULY 2018 08 www.brideofhonor.com
