IMPRESSIONS OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANTS
The most important impact has been on cooperation
between the staff: the cooperation between the staff
was functional and efficient throughout the project. The
new members, added each year to our small team,
made us aware of the need for basic training and
ongoing support for new colleagues. This allowed for
better cooperation concerning the work even outside
the project. The project permitted to children to be
conscience of differences (language, country, culture)
between people and so to start to became open
minded children . The support and participation of
family members increased : more parents participated
in the festivities, exhibitions and projects set up in
connection with the ERASMUS project. The support
and participation of other local actors increased :
Brignoles Town Hall (Educational Project of Territory),
Community
of
countries
"Green
Provence
associations, museums, media library ...: all the people
are awareness that the child is at the center of the
system and that we all have to work together for him to
grow in a rich educational and cultural way.
