IMPRESSIONS OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANTS Running an Erasmus + project has multiple consequences, impacting on both the direct beneficiary of education and on the wider community. The Erasmus + "Fearless child makes a cheerful child" project implemented by no. 37 Kindergarten with extended program "Dumbrava Minunata"( Wonderful Grove) offered children the opportunity to diversify the range of educational activities that lead to optimal emotional, cognitive and physical development. Widening knowledge, ensuring the emotional climate that results in knowing one's own limits and identifying the resources to overcome it, the games of inner cognition and the stimulation of communication at all levels (verbal, nonverbal, artistic, etc.), values such as tolerance, interculturality, celebration of diversity are benefits for the children involved in this project. From the point of view of the professional community, teachers have the opportunity to improve their educational practices by sharing their experience with project partners. Knowing the specifics of other educational systems, different teaching methods, duplicated by teamwork and identifying new methods, new working tools, result in the perfecting of the didactic style and the managerial style. All these experiences are shared at county level through methodology activities. Parents are permanent partners and indirect beneficiaries of the educational process. Children's experiences, discussions with teachers, actual participation in some activities also lead to the sharing of parenting experience and conscious intervention in educating their own child. The local community is involved in the work of the project, having an impact on the awareness of the importance of early education in becoming an adult, as well as the awareness of the European dimension and its importance in the educational system and in the current society. I wish the best to no. 37 Kindergarten with extended program "Dumbrava Minunata" and may they continue their professional activity at the same level of performance ".
