IMPRESSIONS OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANTS
The " FEARLESS CHILD MAKES THE CHILD CHILD " project has been from the very beginning a chance to discover another point of view on preschool education because, although I am older, I like to be up to date with educational news. At the meetings of my colleagues ' visits to the Erasmus + Movements I watched their presentations, I sought to assimilate knowledge to help me find innovative ways to adapt children to the kindergarten environment, easy and fast integration within the group. The visit of our kindergarten colleagues from the partner countries in the project has given me the opportunity to discover beautiful, cheerful, loving and professional people, people who want, like us, the best and most beautiful for the children they protect and educate. Designing children ' s diaries has been a challenge and an opportunity for me to create a mirror that clearly reflects the social integration capacity of each student in the preschool group. I enjoyed very much the games presented by our colleagues in our kindergartens. Some of them I have experimented and our children have liked them, I will put others into practice in the future. An interesting point is that parents have shown interest in the games their children have tried to describe and we have enjoyed. The thigs I won from this project were beneficial to me professionally and personally, but I believe that my participation was particularly useful for the children in the class I am leading. I have all the esteem and respect for the initiators of this project and the project coordinators from the partner countries. VIORICA VLAD – preschool teacher, Romania
After participating in the project " FEARLESS CHILD MAKES A CHEERFUL CHILD of the Erasmus + Program I have gained knowledge on how to make it easier for children to adapt to the preschool environment and how to use the experience gained in new situations. A real benefit in my work was the design of logs for children with a more difficult social integration within the group. I have successfully experimented the games presented by the teachers in the partner kindergartens with my own group of preschoolers. The children who participated in this project have shown willingness to cooperate with others and to attend kindergarten. Professionally and personally, I consider the participation in this project to be successful. I congratulate the initiators of this project and the coordinators from each partner country.
