Game "Letter to fearful Winnie"
Children are seated in a circle one behind the other on the carpet. The teacher invites them to write a "letter".
Teacher s words: "Dear Winnie. I really miss you! It s already spring. There's grass and there are new flowers.
How tender and soft they are. I ve started kindergarten. Point! It is very nice there! Point! I don t like this letter!
Let s crumple it and throw it! We put a new sheet of paper. Let s stretch it nicely. We begin a new letter to
Winnie.
Children mutually caress their heads. Then a head massage and a gentle tugging on the ears and a massage
on the earlobes. On the back of the child standing in front, children "write" circles with their fingers, imitating
writing letters. Finally, with fingers put together, they put a point". Children massage with their fingers the
shoulders of the child standing in front and finally with open fingers imitate the throwing of the sheet of paper
with repetitive movements from the shoulders to the waist. With the whole palm children imitate placing a new
sheet. Circular massage on the back of the child.
All the children really enjoyed playing the game and the various variations of the game, including the option of
the game. Due to regular participation of all anxious children in this game, the degree of anxiety decreased.
Children have socialized easier and have gladly participated in all variations of the game.
