or most of us, classes at the
gym are the most obvious
ways to work on our
cardio and finess. But my gym,
like most, is overcrowded and the
classes are packed tight with little
room to breathe. Everytime I do
my cycling class I have someone’s
sweaty ass in my face. And not in
a good way!
For this reason, I like alternative
ways to do my cardio and condi-
tion my body. I’m not
sure what you are thinking of, but
I’m talking about SEX. All that
bumping and grinding, and oh
don’t forget the riding, burns
calories.
There are many factors that come
into how many calories you actual-
ly burn. Obviously
being a top in most cases would
burn more than being the bottom.
But then again there are those
aggressive bottoms out there that
work hard at it. There are other
things that will determine how
many calories you can shed while
doing the dirty deed.
The hotter the room is the more
you will burn, so lets turn up that
thermostat! Skip the dildo play
