could still remember the voices of the main characters in
the story. She hadn’t forgotten the pleasure of reading as a
young child.

Marion’s death after the end of WW2 marked the end of
the holidays spent in Brighton. Marion’s children decided
to sell the old cottage and to buy a new house in the centre
of London. They were involved in many business transactions
and they had to more time to go there.
