At the Airports Authority , advancing sustainability is a strategic objective as outlined in its Sustainability Plan . The implementation of that plan will produce benefits in the following four areas and demonstrate our commitment to sustainability by focusing on six overarching goals :

In 2023 , the Airports Authority launched and continued initiatives under each of the six overarching goals , including the deployment of liquid collection stations , the Green Concessions Awards Program , groundbreaking of the Dulles solar energy facility project and industry outreach .
