MAINTAINING YOUR AID
Any aid you receive includes certain requirements to maintain your eligibility and continue to receive the funds you have been awarded. Most awards require you meet satisfactory academic progress, to be enrolled in a specific number of credit hours, and / or to maintain a minimum grade point average. Some items on your offer letter will require action on your part after

Note that making changes to your schedule can have an immediate effect on your aid. Schedule changes can result in an adjustment to your aid at the time you make the change, and may require you to repay funds. Pay attention to potential aid adjustments, which may occur if:
• You audit a class
• You add or drop a class
• You withdraw from all your classes
There are also regulations limiting the use of federal funds to pay for repeating a course.
Federal awards( Pell Grant, Direct Subsidized loans, and work-study) are need-based and the amount awarded is determined by evaluating need when the FAFSA is processed. A FAFSA must be submitted each year, and awards may change from year to year if the financial circumstances change.
